Karin Murphy Caro: Founder & CEO
Karin’s dedication to corporate business development has been integral to her clients’ growth, as the finesse she displayed throughout the expansion process for several of her co-businesses were recognized by Inc. 500 as three of the “fastest growing companies nationwide.” Karin blends personal insight and professional philosophy to design innovative approaches to consumer development, while leading her team toward the future of marketing. In addition, she and her children, dedicate much of their time and creativity to the community, with her involvement in various charitable organizations. Karin is the host of The Daily Blu programming, she has taught Marketing at Nassau Community College, is the Founder & President of Blu Chip Marketing, Blu Chip Business Development and BluChip SEO. Karin founded the DailyBlu.com in 2013 as a way to provide an outlet for every person to market themselves effectively and get their “news” covered when they aren’t able to be covered by the traditional news sources in a positive and engaging manner. Karin has received awards from American Heart Association, The Fair Media Council, The LI Science & Technology Museum, Inc Magazine Top 500 Companies, The Salvation Army & The International Women’s Leadership Organization. In 2012, Karin was recognized as an American Women Business Leader by The United Nations. In 2015, Karin was listed by LIBN as “One Of Long Island’s Top 10 Coolest People To Do Business With” AND one of “Long Island’s 10 Most Fascinating Women”.
Rosie Flore : Creative Director, Marketing Strategist
Rosie has 8 years in business marketing and development and has been on The Blu Crew for the past two years. She brings social expertise along with knowledge for writing and creative development. Rosie is excellent at making everyone look good both on camera and at events. We look to her to visualize branding and public perception. She is currently attending NYU for her Masters.
With over 30 years experience in business development, psychology, Tom utilizes his strong network, writing ability, creative ability, event planning, tv/video production and unique perspective to develop engaging content in those outlets. He is quite engaging and gregarious as not only a marketer, but a musician. His strengths in media and advertising lends a hand to BluChip’s resume of unique qualities and abilities. Tom left his 30 year firm in NYC to retire to Long Island and reached out to BluChip because he loved what he saw. Instantly, BluChip determined the relationship would mean an immense growth and talent would add to the team. Tom has a strong background in event management and strategy.
